LOVE!
My original PCP Moved and I had to Find a new Doctor. I was dreading it, as it is hard for me to find someone I like. However, I needed a refill on my insulin meds and could not put it off any longer. That's when I found Dr. Layne! I LOVE her and her staff. Very Helpful and Attentive to my needs as a patient, and they make sure I have what I need quickly. My personal favorite was my last visit, I voiced that I didn't want to see a specific specialist at UT and she was able to send my referral off to TMF! Total 10/10!

My family has been to her clinic 3 times all for Covid testing. Not once did any staff have a mask on until after it was discovered that I had a fever in May. The assistant did a face to face open mouth throat swab with a pt (my wife) who they knew had been exposed to the virus. They said the first test was an error after waiting 2 weeks. And did another test which was positive. This was after 2 weeks of quarantine. The only place she had been was the drs office. And mine and my daughters test (at the same time as my wife’s) were negative. So it’s highly possible that my wife got Covid from her staff. She deleted or blocked my review on google. The smith county health dept has been contacted. I am now starting to feel ill. That clinic was the only place outside of my house I’ve been in a month. I just got a test at another facility that was much much more professional. Other than the concerning health conditions. The visits went well. She seems nice. Just bad judgement.

The best PCP I have been cared for in a long time. She listens to you. She explains options and choices for your treatment plan. She takes her time. I never feel rushed. She will give the positive and negative of any question or treatment I ask her about. Would recommend 150%.
