Cheryl would reschedule and no show several times. I liked her demeanor when she would actually show up. If I hadn’t found another provider, I would have gone 3 months without meds.

Even if Cheryl is an hour drive, it is absolutely worth it. Finding these specialized practices in my area are one step away from impossible thanks to state/local legislature. Which means no options, over the past (almost) decade I have found myself having to settle for terrible, rude or even mean practitioners. My previous doctor of 3 years wouldn't know my name if my chart wasn't in his hands, I had to tell him what he prescribed me. He disappeared the day before my appointment one day with zero bridge plan to find another provider. However, it ended up being a wonderful thing to happen (in hindsight). Cheryl is kind, compassionate and dedicated. Something I hadn't had with any other provider, we just talked. She even said hey this vital you had is bad, we are going to treat this. I know this isn't new, but just never brought to my attention and dealt with it. Making me healthier as a whole, not just the problem I came in with. I wouldn't go anywhere else and you won't want to either

I have two psychiatrists one for my anxiety meds and her for a vivitrol shot she had me cancel my appointment with my other doctor claiming she would “manage” my case, after a day she said she changed her mind and wouldn’t fill meds I need not to get sick, after I had already cancelled with my other doctor then had too reschedule leaving me without medication, I am not sure she is even certified to prescribe
