Actually, Cheryl and her team did a crackerjack job. The doctors with whom I spoke on my initial visit did a crackerjack job. One of the staff on my initial visit seemed like maybe they were having a bad day. In retrospect, you know, we all have those. But boy, when they're having a bad day, that bad, you have to send her home. See ya.

Cheryl listened to me. She answered my questions, objections, and resistance to using a bipap machine clearly and calmly based on experience and knowledge. She at no time became defensive and frustrated with me. She always acted as a partner with me in this treatment plan. That went a very long way to assuage my doubts and concerns. She treated me as person with legitimate concerns and that, too, went far to enroll me as an ally in this treatment plan.
