It seemed like she wasn’t listening to me at all
I had a number of major concerns about myself, and she introduced a way for me to try to deal with some of them. However she only focused in on a few minor concerns I mentioned in passing and told me to just do something I told her I have trouble even starting despite me coming to her for help with that issue
