Rude, lacks simple empathy
Attempted to ask a simple question surrounding payment methods after leaving a message. Looking to get started with sessions. Alternatives outside of Zelle and Venmo. She returned the call as if the question was unreasonable. Upon answering the call, she abruptly responded, 'Let's cut through the case'. When you return the paperwork, I sent you we can discuss that. If you return it you do, if you don't then don't. Just rude and nasty. I wouldn't want anyone else to feel hurt this way, if you need help. Not a good start or feeling when being proactive. She returned several emails with the same type of attitude. Lacks professionalism. Previously met with her years ago. Not sure what happened after Licensing.
