It became her therapy session
For our very first (& only) appointment, she was late. During our session, whenever I brought up something I wanted to talk about, she started talking about herself. I now know her life story- how many kids she has, what problems they have, where she's lived, traumatic experiences from her life, her current experience with trying to date, etc. In addition, she said things about the LGBTQIA community I felt would be harmful for someone in that community needing her help. I would not recommend Cherryl and left feeling defeated.
