Never had a family session which was strange seeing an adolescent and ended up telling the next therapy facility we went to that our child did not have an issue, it was us as parents....yet never expressed that to us and continued to take our money to 'treat" our child for issues she didn't believe she had? Also very poor communication via emails and texts.
