ECMO Survivor!!
Words cannot begin to express my gratitude for Cheri!! She is amazing and attentive. She has stuck by my side every step of the way throughout my emergency heart failure treatments, ECMO and wound vac followups. If you ever cross paths with her and Dr. VT rest assured you are in great hands!

I wish I was told you didn’t have a clue how to treat me. Instead of wasting my time as I continue to decline and get sicker. It was always see you in 3 months. Let’s try this med, now let’s try this one and that one too. I had a test and was told good news you don’t have it. I was happy/relieved. After having no choice but to find a new doctor/nurse who knew what they were doing, hence I was getting sicker. I sadly found out the test was done incorrectly from my new wonderful doctor. Yes, I do have what you told me I did not, along with other conditions. Very disappointed, a doctor and nurse had no clue a common GI test was done incorrectly!! Thankfully my new care team picked up on the error and I’m receiving the correct care. Very disheartening and disgusted.
