Staying at a group home in Madison OH and she was assigned to me. First couple of visits to me getting her paperwork completed went fine. It was if she fell off the face of the earth after . No follow up on appointments to doctors that SHE made for me. NO show / NO communication. Group home manager knew this and was WELL aware. It took multiple attempts before getting another case manager. Beckha was assigned to me and I am very pleased. All questions answered. Extremely pleasant. I have come to realize that SOME health care workers become depressed and unwilling to ask for help in a field where they can help out others by taking their own mental health serious. If EVER there was a profession in need of constant self awareness , its here.

Takes off more time and vacations than anyone else. Always gives wrong information. Leaves her clients unsupported and without help. Because of her lack of concern for clients they get worse instead of better. Is not supportive of clients needs. Never returns calls or emails. Since clients can't depend on her for anything why bother having her as a case worker. She always says she's too busy. I give up. Trying to find some one else. Leaving beacon health
