Unfortunately, my original therapist retired, and I was transferred to Charlotte. During my first appointment, she talked more than she listened. My two subsequent appointments were canceled due to sickness on her part, and couldn't be rescheduled for at least a month out. After the second canceled appointment due to sickness, I decided I needed someone who wouldn't cancel 2 out of 3 appointments, and would actually listen to me instead of assuming they know what my issues are.
