13 years ago Dr Thomas was my first therapist when I began struggling with severe ptsd. Over the course of 3 years, he guided me into pursuing living again. Instead of just waiting to die or contemplating about spreading up the process. If patients understand what therapy is and what they wish to get from it then it works. Dr Thomas is good about conveying this and guiding my expectations. I’m so thankful that I got to experience this difficult part of my life with someone as kind and compassionate as he. Thank you Doc. ????
