He was awesome with both of my children. He could tell before testing them issues that they were having by how they were acting. He was right on point! I feel like we have found a great doctor and I don't plan on going anywhere!

The founder of the business fitted me with glasses 55? years ago... I highly recommended the office: as my wifey-to-be has been tortured with blood-shot, burning eyes & droopy eyelids & loss of eye-sight & depth perception for as long (10 months? I have known her! Her idiot dad took her to a no good grocery "Dr." Now since the good "Dr. sHIELDS" was uninterested; we are on the second day waiting for the meds to be at Kroger! HERE'S A CLUE.. TO SAVE A $ THERE IS A VERY DANGEROUS RAMP TO THE DOOR!! BLIND PEOPLE DO NOT NEED TO BE FACED WITH AN ANKLE BREAKING STEP ON THE WAY OUT!! 3 times she twisted her ankle. I HAVE BEEN ON THE WAR PATH since the Gat. wildfires & lost my home, my family, my 3 businesses & have been refused any help!! Both me & her are Beacon reporters + she has worked at all the Knoxville TV stations!! She has also been a DJ!! Now she is crippled & almost blind! I asked for a minute of the Great & Wonderful *&%$* time, but was ignored. You guys profile me as a nobody...

I have been very satisfied with Dr. Sheilds. He is very friendly and seems interested in you (ie. asking you how you are doing, how's work, how's the family, etc.). Medically he has been able to treat me, but I haven't had anything more complicated than needing a new prescription for my near sighted ness.

Dr. Sheilds was able to assist me with my blurry vision. I was going to the same eye doctor for years and after a couple of years of unresolved vision problems, I decided to make a change to Dr. Sheilds, which I wish I done a long time ago. Dr. Sheilds and his staff were very friendly and helpful, and I was very impressed with the entire visit. I would highly recommend his services, and I can see so much better now!!
