Can be good, struggles to maintain a balance
I completed Charile’s IOP and I thought he was at times really helpful. If you do his group you’ll definitely have takeaways and he gives great worksheets. In my experience he struggles to maintain space in a group where everyone is heard. I acknowledged this and asked for help working through it and got no advice. Charile did not provide any discharge plan after my group was over.
