He is reassuring and validating in his approach and has let me set the path and pace at which we proceed. He is respectful of what is important to me.

Charles is an amazing healthcare practitioner! He lets you know that just because you may not feel like it and others may not treat you like it he lets you know that you ARE as important as everyone else. that you matter just as much as him and anyone else that you may meet or have not even met. He puts his clients healthcare at the top of his priority list. He recently had some personal matters going on and even through all of it he managed to still speak with me on my urgent matters 20/5 stars
