Dr. Charles Gutierrez, PHD

Today, Dr. Gutierrez gave me written results of previous testing; the report was easy-to-read, precise, accurate, and thoughtful. I felt like it captured my areas of concern very accurately, and the feedback was valuable. Dr. Gutierrez was able to clarify some of the significance associated with certain testing parameters; it was a great meeting.

Dr. Gutierrez is amazing. I had a bit of a wait for the first appointment, but it was SO worth it. The office was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. G really knows what he is doing and I felt the testing was very extensive. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Gutierrez and his support staff were excellent. I called and had an appointment right away and they worked with my busy schedule. Dr. Gutierrez was professional and personable when administering testing and reviewing results. I never felt rushed.

I went to Dr. Gutierrez for a psychological evaluation, and despite my nerves, he willingly explained everything that was happening and guided me through the process. He was very kind and calming to be around. I was able to get an appointment set for the week after I contacted him. The office staff were very pleasant, and overall it was just a welcoming place to be.

Probably the best mental health professional I've ever interacted with. He's very understanding and was very patient with me. He actually listened to me and didn't dismiss any of the concerns I had. I'm very happy I decided to schedule with him. (Also I'm assuming all the one star ratings about the wait time have never been to more than one psychiatrist, I've had multiple, and the wait time is always a bit long. It's really not that big of a deal.)

Dr. Gutierrez did a very comprehensive evaluation for my young son. My son was out at ease immediately and felt comfortable interacting with the Dr and staff.

Very personable, kind and thorough. Accommodating in regards to the Coronavirus pandemic. Due to a scheduling mishap our appointment was dropped , and he was able to fit us in that day.

My son was very nervous but Dr. Gutierrez and staff were all very friendly made him feel comfortable.

I was scared and nervous about the procedures and what he expected of me. However, DR. Gutierrez welcomed me with kindness and patience. regardless of my medical conditions or disabilities he made me feel respected and showed me empathy and understanding. Very kind and caring. Everything went well, I was hesitant to schedule an appointment due to my busy schedule(I work 2 jobs and have online school). however, the reception was able to schedule me on a Friday. during the visit Dr. Gutierrez, was friendly and made eye contact while hearing me out. When scheduling my 2nd appointment I was still hesitant due to my busy schedule however they were able to add me in for a 2nd appointment towards the end of the day before they closed. The staff was also kind enough to give me a physical copy and an email of my results.

Dr. Gutierrez was courteous and thorough. He helped me update my evaluation for the CFA and turned all the documentation around super quickly. I would definitely recommend his services!

Dr Gutierrez was very thorough and took his time with my son. I had no issues with scheduling and he was very accommodating to my busy work schedule.

Dr. Gutierrez is very nice and professional. I went to him for a psychological evaluation to confirm a suspected diagnosis. I'm not sure what other services he offers (psychotherapy, etc.) so I can't comment on that. Therapy is all about the right fit, so what might be good for one person may not necessarily be a good fit for others.

Came to Dr. Gutierrez and his staff have been very kind and helpful. Would recommend to anyone looking for a psychologist.

This is our second time with Dr. Gutierrez. It was done with video chat, but it was still helpful. They were will to work with us when issues came up.

Dr. Gutierrez is especially kind and patient, he provides great care. He was incredibly sincere in assisting me with the right care I would need. His staff was extremely helpful, I relocated out of state and requested my medical records and they were very responsive and helpful in ensuring I was able to obtain what I needed. Wish I had not had to move! Thanks again

My daughter saw her Pediatrician last Monday, their office sent over the referral to Dr. Gutierrez’s office on the following Monday. The same day I received a call from his office and had an appointment the very next day! Now the office isn’t anything fancy but no big deal. The paperwork clearly states that you may wait up to 4 hours at times and either you’re okay with that or not. It took me about an hour to complete the paperwork and waited a total of an hour and half. We saw Dr. Gutierrez, he was very informative and my daughter had no issues with him. We were able schedule and begin testing for the following day. Overall I was pleased with our experience which is great since all of the reviews were so terrible.

Called on Monday at 10am to set an appointment as new client. Receptionist took my insurance info said she would call me back. Never got a time frame so called back at 4pm was told I would get a call back same day. Well...2 days later NEVER got a call back. Glad I came to read the reviews cause looks like I'm not the only one! I will not be wasting my time to keep calling to just set up an appointment. Glad I also came to read the reviews! Sounds like they dont know how to run a business.

Getting an appointment with the doctor is a horrible experience. The staff seemed not to care about allowing you to hold on the phone for a very long time. Then when I directly ask about what I need to do to make the appointment there was clear hesitation from the staff. I felt very un-welcomed because customer service is horrible and unprofessional. I was told they would call me back with an appointment after my insurance was verified. So unprofessional with atittudes.
