Been a long time patient and always treated respectfully and kindly. Dr. Balch is very knowledgeable and takes time to answer any questions and explain all treatment options.

The visit went well, but things have deteriorated over the past 6 months. My new glasses made it about 6 weeks before a lens popped out. I was easily returned to its place, but it recurred a couple of months later. Now, one month after returning them to Dr Balch’s office, they are somewhere in the ether. This office stubbornly does not return calls, even after personal visits, and takes no responsibility for the poor service I have received. I should think that a multi-million dollar franchise network could do MUCH better to help its customers with critical eyewear, but that does not seem to concern them once the sale has been made.

The office is an inviting place and I always feel welcome by the initial nurses and techs. Dr Charles Balch is a positive and thorough doctor and cares a great deal about what he does. He shares his information about eyes and causes of eye problems and knows what I need to heal.
