Superb Services
Charlene is an exceptional PA. Contrary to what the previous review has mentioned I experienced none of that. She was very empathetic and went the extra mile to ensure that my health needs were addressed. I feel that without the help of Charlene that my health wouldn't have improved as drastically as it did.

Ms. Staff did nothing more than read questionnaires that my child had completed previously. She seemed bored and inattentive. She demonstrated no real empathy. Ultimately the entire interaction was a waste of our time and I resent having been referred to her.
