She's the best!!!

Chantelle is always very professional. She is very knowledgeable and takes a conservative approach to developing treatment plans. She has a great personality and is very caring.

My 1st visit with Chantelle was great! I was a little nervous just because I’d never been there and met her but She made me feel comfortable and listened to me and answered all my questions! She’s very caring and personable! I felt like she actually cared about me and why I was there! Any questions I had she answered and explained what the plan was for me! She wasn’t just in and out of the room! She took her time and didn’t make me feel as if I was an idiot! Actually every single person in the office was very nice and respectful!!

Chantel is always awesome to deal with as is all the girls at Horizon Health. They always listen and do everything they can to help you live a better life. I recommend her to person I talk to and will continue to do so.

She is always there to listen and truly care about your concerns.Its hard to find a caregiver anymore that will listen to you but she really does, A I’d recommend her to my family and friends.

Hands down one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve ever had dealing with a medical professional. Chantelle took the time to listen to my questions and concerns in a way that is rare in my opinion. Not only were my needs considered in a plan going forward but my wants as well. I’ve never left a doctors office KNOWING I made the right choice as I have here. If you’re considering seeing her just do it. You will not be disappointed. The entire experience was as it should be. The receptionists were professional and friendly. I feel like my pain management doctors, and Chantelle in particular, know me, my medical history and my unique challenges better than any of the specialist MDs I see. Chantelle always takes time to listen and respond to all my questions. Her and her team are always responsive on the patient portal if anything crops up between visits. Very happy with my treatment.

Not like most healthcare providers. She actually listens to you and tries to help you think things out for the best for your health. Some doctors don’t do that. I know she’s not a doctor. She is very conscious and very good at what she does feel very comfortable in her hands, she’s very capable young lady thanks to her. I found out what’s wrong with shoulder I’m gonna have the doctor there. Take care of it. That’s all I got to say it’s a wonderful establish there. Thank you.

As an elderly man with lots of back, shoulder, and leg issues, Chantelle listens and answers all my questions. She makes me feel comfortable and I feel pretty darn good for my age and all the things my body has been through.Thank you Chantelle.

Staff seem knowledgeable about thier positions and aware of the business they are in as to what to expect and have soultions readily available. Staff are understanding of thier clients. Communication between themselves regarding my vist was good

Chantelle truly takes time and listens to your health concerns and figures out the best way to treat it. I have been coming to her for 3 years and she treats me like a person. Not only that she takes time to get to know you on personal level.

Takes time with you. Orders only test that are necessary. No waiting to see her. Great listener. She is polite in her answers to you and is very knowledgeable. She excels in her knowledge of medicine. I would not hesitate on recommending her to anyone. Great staff also. Friendly. Polite and very caring about your health. Easy to speak with and gets you in and out on your appointments very efficiently.
