Dr. Changmin Duan, OD

I went here for 12 years, dealing with 1-2 hour wait times past out appointment, rude service, and overcharging every time when I thought the doctors were still okay. But I got keratitis TWICE due to poorly fitted lenses as she would only spend max five minutes with us while rushing around to other patients and spending upwards of 45 minutes out of the room chatting with others (booking at the same time and favoritism). I could have gone permanently BLIND due to incompetent doctors who are only in it for the money. NEVER go here.

This doctor office only cares about money. The receptionist is so rude. They overcharged me and I want to get my refund, they used all kinds of excuses not giving the refund to me. I contacted my insurance company and the representative set up the three way conference way with them. The receptionist at Duan's office used very abusive language on me during the call. DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR'S OFFICE!

Dr. Duan does not care for her patients at all. She is rude and they did a very bad job of cleaning their equipment. She does not sanitize anything. She only cares about money.

Very efficient and helpful. Dr. Dina took her time with my exam and spent time answering all of my questions. The office was very accommodating to my schedule when making my appointment and efficiently got me in and out of the offices

I made an appointment for my kids a few weeks in advance and made sure to book their appointments earlier in the morning. Despite this, we still had to wait almost an hour and a half before even going into the exam room to see the doctor. While we were in the exam room waiting (again), a different doctor came in to see my kids. I let her know that I made the appointments with Dr. Duan because my kids have been seeing her for OK lenses but we somehow ended up seeing the other doctor!

Although Dr. Duan is very knowledgeable and experienced, the wait is just unbearable! I have to wait for 1-2 hours every time I come and when I do actually get in the exam room, I have to wait another 25 minutes for the doctor to come see me. She also goes to other rooms to see other patients while I am still being seen, she is always in a rush. It really upsets me that she overbooks like this. The front desk staff is very friendly and answers a lot of my questions, though.

Overall, the doctor and staff were professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend making an appointment for earlier in the day because the wait can be quite long. They take VSP insurance.

The Dr is very impatient and hard to communicate. I feel she is just eager to finish eye check as soon as possible.

Doctor doesn't have patience and is not professional, bad reception staffs, long wait.

The doctor was nice in beginning of the OK lenses treatment but after she got $, she became very very inpatient when I asked questions about my son's eyes.
