I’ll be honest. I was skeptical about booking my first appointment with Chanel after reading her one and only review on here but she was recommended to me by a couple of friends at work and she was close to work. I can honestly say it was one of the best visits to a medical office I have ever had. The office is nicely decorated , she was on time for her appointment, and she was very personable. She made me feel comfortable and open to share without judgement.As a person who does not write reviews, only reads them, I felt obligated to write this as it was such a stark difference to what is portrayed here. I’m grateful to have found her as my PCP and highly recommend.

Pick a different doctor. Chanel is impersonal, cold, apathetic, and impatient. It’s clear she’s optimizing for cramming as many patients into her day as possible, and will not give you the time of day or give you her full attention during the appointment. I’ve seen her for almost a year, and it’s clear this isn’t just a one-time thing. She doesn’t show any empathy, ask followup questions, or offer explanations for what’s going on. Expect to get pushed out the door before your 30 minutes are up. She also schedules superfluous and duplicate appointments for very simple tasks to hit her metric of quantity of patients. I’m sure the medical incentive system is partially at fault here, but Chanel shows no passion or desire to deal with patients, and I’ve had other OneMedical doctors who are warm, patient, and knowledgeable.
