This R.N. is not knowledgeable of current medical findings or medications. He had no interest in my own personal medication input. He made me feel like I was in a high school principles office. Do things his way or you're out on the streets.

Chad misdiagnosed my wife's obvious ophthalmic shingles case as she presented with stabbing pains on the left side of her forehead, scalp, and eyes, accompanied by a rash and blisters. The admitting nurse knew it was shingles but when Chad saw her, he was convinced it was a sinus infection, attempting to give my wife the most painful sinus massage. He did not listen to my wife and discounted questions for which her answers did not match his preconceived notion of a sinusitis diagnosis. Grade: F-
