We love Dr. Richardson! He heard my concerns and instead of just writing a prescription he wanted to figure out the reasons for my son’s issues. We ended up needing surgery due to sleep apnea. To which they did an amazing job at. Highly recommend him if you want to actually fix the problem and not just put a band aid on something.

Dismissive, condescending and not a great listener. I went in for what I would describe as a mild inconvenience symptom that I've lived with for 10 years or more only because my primary doctor mentioned a potential quick-and-easy procedure that might be an option.I explained this but once it was ruled out as an option, I was prescribed an antibiotic and scheduled for a CT-scan. Because, this is a mild symptom I opted out of the CT scan by replying 'Cancel' as instructed on the SMS I received but still wanted to take the antibiotic.I was denied, referred to as a 'no show' and asked to setup another appointment for the antibiotic at which time they removed the active prescription. I now have a full-blown sinus infection instead of just mild inflammation and can't access the previously prescribed antibiotic to help myself get over it. Very frustrating an unnecessary runaround.
