Negligence
My husband went there for one thing, but never got an answer on that until 3 visits later. When he pressed for an answer, the Dr told him he should be thankful for what they had done, and then tried fear mongering on him. When that didn't work, he made more excuses and told him another Dr would have to do it, and wouldn't finish what they had started there. Negligence anyone...?
