Walks into exam room with nasty attitude and expressing completely in words that she does not want to treat any new patients- rude condescending from beginning to end! Literally threw a piece of paper at me and proceeds to put erroneous information into medical record! Things I never said ! Clearly didn’t bother listening and more concerned on ending visit after selling the medication pushed by Cleveland clinic !!
