Cathy is simply amazing. I went to different therapists for years and years but never experienced healing from various traumas until I started to see Cathy. In the course of a few years, I am truly a different person. Cathy has changed my life. I would recommend Cathy in a heartbeat and I actually did recommend her to my best friend.

I have referred Cathy to friends on several occasions, as I was also referred to Cathy. She is truly an exceptional counselor, and has the ability to bring forth tremendous self-discovery. I cannot say enough good things about Cathy.

Cathy showed me a new way to explore my life, and to examine my pre-conceived notions of who I am and how I viewed others. For that, I am very grateful. On a practical note, Cathy, by her own admission, is hesitant, and indeed, has shown that she does not follow up on requests to send clinical assessments to authorized third parties. This can directly affect clients' ability to access necessary services in new localities. Such was my case. I find this unfortunate, given Cathy's authenticity.

There are not enough words, Cathy is exceptional. She has a way about her, unlike most therapists. Cathy helped me to become more aware of myself through many techniques, and has tremendous compassion. I met Cathy about 11 years ago while going through a separation. I don't know where I'd be without her. I carry what I learned from her each day. I've recommended Cathy to 4 friends. I received a big "thank you," from each of them. My son also worked her. A trusting, wise, and unique therapist.

Cathy really listens to you by responding to you with answers or just by getting you to talk more even if you think you don't want to talk, she can get things out of you.
