Easy to talk to. Very important as many medics make one feel such a burden for even coming to see them. She makes a visit feel more like fun, even if discussing horrid things! Also, great support staff. Again, no off putting attitude but a feeling of genuine care and concern. Don't get put off by the lack of the modern amenities that many surgeries now seem to feel the need to waste money on. It might not look all sleek and fresh and expensively decorated but what does any of that matter!

she was not helpful at all. diagnosed me and then said see you in 2 months without helping me with my problem,which is affecting every minute of my life very upset and frustrated

My first encounter with Catherine Goetz was a pleasurable one. Her uncanny way of handling her patients with an energy that transcends. Her knowledge of a plethora of medical conditions is abound. She demonstrates a very professional attitude and listens intently to the patients needs. Any ailment you are experiencing will be remedied by a very capable physician.
