Therapist who really cares
Catherine is an amazing therapist. She carefully fosters an environment that leads to trust which allows you to be very open to discuss anything without feeling like you're being judged in any way. She carefully listens to what you have to say and then helps to guide you to help you, she doesn't lead or steer in any way, instead leading me learn for myself, or come to a realization on my own, with her help. I would absolutely recommend Catherine Ford to anyone that is looking for a therapist.
