Ms. Feliciano conducted a review and analysis of my cardiology condition under the influence of a newly prescribed drug. My heart is quite weak to the point that it will not improve, a fact that almost everyone else who has dealt with me likes to emphasize. Ms. Feliciano, by contrast, simply accepted this condition as a given and went forward in a positive spirit in examining my charts and recommending a course of action. I left that meeting feeling very encouraged.
