Catherine taught me life skills in my 50's that I had never even been aware existed. She helped me be so much more aware of my emotional responses, which helped reduce the amount of emotionality/anxiety in my reactions over time. That was priceless. Compassionate, personable, and made me so comfortable in dealing with things I really didn't want to look at, but in my own time. She is my absolute favorite and most effective therapist, and I have seen a lot over the last 3 decades.

Catherine is wonderful. She truly listens and cares. I've seen different counselors on and off over the years, she's by far the best. She knows her stuff and she stays on top of current studies and topics.
