Cassi-jo is by far the worst physician ever. She falsified medical information on a dmv medical form to cause my mom to have her license canceled all because cassi didn't want to fill out the physician form required by the dmv for cdl drivers. Honestly she should lose her license to practice.

Cassi Jo is so kind, spends a good amount of time with her patients, and really remembers details about you, which shows me that she cares about getting to know her patients. She is on time, her staff are friendly, and I'm really glad I found her as a provider.

Cassi Jo is the best provider! She has excellent bedside manner, always listens to patient concerns and always seems to want the best for her patients. She's very thorough and spends time getting to know her patients. I absolutely love her.
