All first impressions, she was caring and understanding. However, she switched the agreed plan of care lady second stating incorrect information on equivalency of one medication to another of two different benzodiapenes. She wanted to drop the dosage too fast and when questioned she became combative and arrogant, until admitting in an email that she lacked the knowledge and experience needed for the taper she initially lead me to believe she was competent to manage.
