Tell health where she clearly would rather hear her own voice than interact. She is far to bubbly and fake while explaining scary things to scared people. Something wasn’t quite right with her. She seemed annoyed toward the end with our questions stating she had already explained it. Unfortunately, people can memorize monologues. Perhaps pausing between big points would work better than waiting to hear from your patients until the end. Somethings just not quite right with her.be it mental health or simply she isn’t in her role for the right reasons and feels burdened by interacting with myself and family. I’m highly disappointed that in order to maintain treatment I have to subject myself to someone who clearly has no regard for me.

God, she just wants to hear herself speak. She spoke for 5 straight minutes without Ouse at one point. She is bubbly while explaining scary things. It doesn’t fit. She doesn’t make you feel like a priority and was on her cell phone when the call started. Somethings not quite right with her. Either she has mental health issues or she is just really terribly suited for such a role.
