Casey's demeanor and professionalism was apparent from the first moment I interacted with her. I felt comfortable immediately. She was caring and yet thorough in her questioning and understanding. It was apparent she has a kind and considerate heart, is an attentive listener, very patient and yet professional. I would recommend her to any individual including my family and friends. If I had to find an opportunity for improvement, it would be my waiting time of 20+ minutes; however, I am so glad I waited and was able to interact with Casey!!!

Casey Kafena treated me with so much consideration and care when listening to my complex list of symptoms and history. I drive from San Antonio to get help for my dysautonomia and I will gladly drive the 1.5 hours any day to get treatment from her. She made me feel listened to and I can trust her to get me on the best treatment plan. My quality of life has been rather low, probably because I lacked the specialists care. I hope to have some improvements with new treatment strategies provided by Casey.
