Cartney Dzoan is a miracle worker - the best!
I am a patient of Cartney at Washington Hospital, and he has been my PT for over 6 months. After a botched surgery, all the surgeons/doctors gave up hope, but Cartney and Nelson have helped me get back on my feet slowly but surely. They are life savers!!! Cartney listens to the patient's issues, works with my day-to-day progress/regressions, aches, and pains, and helps alleviate them every session with different techniques skillfully. He is like an absolute magician! He is a true asset to the WHHS team, but more importantly, a significant blessing to patients. I owe my being back on my feet, being pain-free, and getting better daily to both Cartney and Nelson. Two thumbs up!
