Worked with Carrie after a knee injury. She gave me exercises that could easily be completed at home or at the gym. She planned my exercises according to how I was progressing, she challenged me but not past my abilities. Always well-prepared for my sessions and made the most out of the 45 minutes I had with her. She watched as I completed the exercises to give me feedback on my form. Very knowledgeable about what I should focus on for my exercises to strengthen my leg. Very easy to talk to.
