She is extremely easy to talk to and I felt like I could tell her anything. I think it's important to tell her everything to give her the best context. My issues were a little bit beyond just talking it out. ADD in the way that I experience it requires medication and I can't really fix that by just talking it out. She gives great advice when personally conflicted. She also helped me understand why I was going through what I am going through. I recommend her for sure as I believe she is of great help, including to someone close to me. She is also a great person to have on your team of mental health professionals as she's a great reference to have if you need to consult a psychiatrist or psychologist because she is very easy to talk to and knows a lot about you as a result of that. If you think you need to talk to someone, talk to her even if you're just considering consulting a mental health professional, you will be glad you did.
