When my father asked to have Ms Franzel contact me she refused. Instead she took time to send me a letter stating a release of information wasn't signed. It would be good business practice if a patient requested to contact a family member to offer the patients the release of information.

Five star all the way! From receptionist, nurses, aides and Dr Carrie herself, I was treated kindly, thoughtfully and completely . So so glad I was fortunate to find them.

Needs to fine tune her assessment skills. Family member had been going to her for 6 months. Family member ended up with two bad heart valves and open heart surgery . She never checked his heart. Shame on her.
