My mother has a plethora of issues that Dr Carrie Berry decides to ignore and doesn’t seem to know about anything when asked or just brushes it off because she doesn’t feel it’s important. She always rushes the doctor appointments and don’t take things serious and just says everything is fine even when clearly on her medical chart things are above the average numbers.We will be looking for a new doctor that is intelligent and thinks about the topics that are discussed within the appointment.

Found provider to be very dismissive of patient experience and pain. Wait times are almost always excessive. Appointments feel rushed and any time I attempt to discuss something that the provider is not interested in, my concerns are brushed aside or barely heeded. I am dealing with very bad chronic pain as well as gastrointestinal issues and was advised that, while those things are unpleasant, they aren't life threatening... Seeking a new care provider, as is my sister-in-law.
