I set up two appointments with Carrie. I arrived for my appointment and my email came through saying Carrie was canceling the appointment. I figured things happen and kept my second appointment. Fearing Carrie would be a no show again I contacted her the day of my appointment to make sure we were still on. She responded that she had to cancel again. This was twice in a week. She is unprofessional, unsympathetic, and unreliable. Don't waste your time.
