Knowledgeable, kind, compassionate, personable

I almost hesitate to leave this review in fear that others will catch on and her schedule will become full but I can’t not praise Carri Decarlo. It was my first time seeing her at Shasta Orthopedics and truthfully, initially I was again annoyed to have yet another appointment with a new or different provider as I have frequently felt shuffled around & felt like the continuity of my care was seriously lacking, however, immediately, I liked & was impressed with Carri Decarlo. She was warm, kind & extremely pleasant & listened to everything I had to say. And most importantly she was extremely knowledgeable & zeroed right in on my problems. She was quick to offer a series of treatment options & recommendations that included & encompassed everything from home exercises & ways to help elevate pain at home in addition to ordering new imaging & scheduling a procedure. I can’t say enough wonderful things about my first visit with Carri & will request to be seen by her exclusively in the future!
