Carolyn Szafran, CSW

I worked with Carolyn Szafran at this business. She was fine in the earlier sessions, but she became really problematic. It was clear that her mind was elsewhere. She was texting on her phone during some of the sessions. She complained about the office staff member being unprofessional, which left me feeling like I had to protect that person. She chastized a disabled, low-income client (me) for going to a food bank. She might be fine for minor things, but based on my experiences, I would avoid her if you are low-income, disabled, or are struggling with any issues that require more than a couple of sessions. I have no experience with any of the other people at this location.
