I needed help. It was a dark place with no obvious way out. A friend told me about Dr. Caroline Dott, so I called her and started therapy with her. I was almost completely unable to do anything and after working hard with her help, I now have a full time job that I love and can function again. I respect and admire her and I'm grateful to her for helping me get my life back.
