Caroline Bolzendahl, ARNP

I am SO thankful to have found her! She has helped me navigate my MS in a way that no other doctors or nurses have in the past. She is more knowledgeable than the specialists I have seen in Portland, and makes sure to help me understand everything that is going on with my health. She takes the time to cover all possible causes & solutions to any of the situations I face with this otherwise debilitating disease. I have experienced numerous unconcerned doctors in the past and she is a breath of fresh air!! I appreciate the attention to detail she provides and her helpful/positive attitude towards my healthcare. I am nearly in tears writing this because I was close to giving up my search for a compassionate and (incredibly) knowledgeable professional. She reinstalled my faith in the healthcare system and I could not be happier!

Ms. Bolzendahl has been my PCP for about 5 years now. She is the most compassionate PCP I've ever found at Kaiser, and is tied for the best PCP I've had when considering all insurances I've had as an adult. She is direct in her care plans, but relates to you on a personal level. She is not judgemental (unfortunately, I've had PCPs that are), she is very thorough, doesn't rush you through your appointment, but still manages to maintain an on time schedule. BONUS: her MA as wonderful as she is.

Caroline Bolzendahl has been my PCP for a few years now, and she is wonderful. She is attentive, clear, and compassionate while still being professional and direct in regards to your health.
