Extremely professional. If she worked in private industry she would probably be making 3 times her salary as she is now as a govt. employee. As a VN vet with disability I have had close to a years contact with ms. Snowdeal in her v.a. mental health programs that she has administered. There is nobody better in my opinion. I am much better off having been under her influence and guidance. Having gone through 4 x 1 month inpatient programs both in and out of the v.a. And a 4 month ptsd inpatient program in menlo park, Ca she outshines them all. I can't say enough.
