Very courteous, kind, helpful, and punctual as she is informed in her decision making, using a comfortable approach, that inspires healthy communication and proactive problem solving, while never crossing any social or personal boundaries nor is there any feelings of intrusion, violation, or negativity (no feeling of shame or blame, despite the assessment appointment being ordered by the courts inquiring into chemical use)
