Before choosing her for my teen I asked her her views on types of therapy and her methods. She touts being well versed in CBT, stress management, and healthy coping skills for anxiety, especially for teens. She says she is all about helping teens transition into adulthood which sounded like exactly what we were looking for. After over 2 months she had yet to start any CBT nor introduce any stress management, or anxiety coping skills at all. She did however recommend a gambit of expensive supplements and diet alterations, blame the parents for everything and coddle our teen. So, if that’s what you’re looking for then I guess she’s your gal, if you want someone actually good at their job seek someone else out. I’ve had amazing experiences with other providers for myself and other family members, this was not one of them. Building rapport and understanding family dynamic are important but this was overkill, a waste of time, and money.

My family saw Carol for quite sometime and she did more harm then good. Carol is not in tune with reality. She is very judgmental and easily manipulated. I would NOT recommend her to anyone. Horrible experience.

Carol been with me through all my ups and downs for past 3 years, I am immensely grateful for all her support and understanding. She is been given me great tool to overcome obstacles in life and grow my self esteem. It's been so great to be able to talk to someone who could help to see circumstances of your life from different perspective, be able to make peace with people and events in your past and move forward!
