I had been to three other physical therapists for a frozen shoulder. Each had caused me pain and made the shoulder worse than before they touched me. As soon as Carlos began to move my shoulder, although the pain was initially almost unbearable, I could tell from his ability in moving my joint to the maximum of it's ROM at the time to just slightly beyond, that he would be able to take care of me properly and I trusted him. He was able to decrease my pain by 50% on that first visit.
