CONDESCENDING I’ve been going here for several years and it seems their office staff has become ruder as the years go by. Their is limited staff and they do not explain their billing practices well. They were not having patients fill out paperwork due to COVID when I went in after a recent fall. During the manipulation, he mentioned he would also help my lower back in addition to the area I had hit during fall while I was there which I thought was great at the time. They refused to submit my services using therapy codes and said that it was maintenance and therefore not covered by insurance. Looking back, I think this was how they were circumvented the need to bill insurance. The chiropractor told the insurance representative that there was no acute injury mentioned during the services. Again, I had filled out no paperwork to say otherwise. If insurance isn’t enough frustrating in general, the staff and chiropractor were very condescending during the conversations.
