I was a patient of Dr. Legrand Belnap when I was seen by Cara for the first time. She immediately impressed me with her tender concern about my welfare and she was always willing to listen to the situation I was in and offer to help where she was able. She is a wonderful doctor and anyone who has a surgery with her as their surgeon are sure to come away the better in healing and health.
