She was very unhelpful. It was more a session for her than for me. After I revealed harassment from a coworker, she asked me what I was wearing. I would never recommend anyone to see her.

I was not provided the information needed for emotion regulation. She lacked the balance and capacity during sessions. Her main focus was on story-telling that did not pertain to anything I sought treatment for. I did not feel she was there to listen, but only to talk about herself.
